Digital Goods (ebooks/audiobooks):

By downloading or streaming digital content, you agree that your 14-day cancellation right ends once download/streaming begins, unless the content is faulty.

If your digital product is defective or cannot be accessed, you are entitled to a replacement or refund.
Statutory Rights:

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Shipping & Delivery:

Please note that as an independent publisher, we cannot compete with the shipping speeds of large corporations. Each order is printed on demand once placed. Printing usually takes 3–5 working days before dispatch, in addition to standard shipping times.

Printing and distribution are carried out in the United Kingdom and the United States, depending on your location and fulfilment availability.

Delivery times will vary depending on your country and courier service. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs.
